Who is this course for?

Whether you are a beginner or experienced martial artist, you will love the principle based Filipino Martial Arts (Kali, Panantukan and Sikaran).

Feel accomplished and energised by working out with bodyweight exercises, even if you only have a a short time available.

If you love control of your own body, mind and soul this course is for you.  You can do it on your own or with a friend, at your own pace and to suit your schedule.

How long will it take?

This course is flexible to your needs:

Maybe you have a couple of hours to work out?  Great! Take your time and be really precise and mindful, this time is for you, so make the most of it.

Got 30 minutes and not sure what to do?  Cool, pick one of the live classes and work along with the video.

Maybe you can "only" grasp a few minutes squeezed in between other things?  Good, let's work with what you have.

The course player remembers where you get to, so if you get interrupted you can come back later and carry straight on - no worries!

There are example workouts for you to do at home, combining techniques learned and body weight exercises.

There is also a section purely on bodyweight training, including 30+ minutes of videos explaining what to do and how, and a 6 week bodyweight and mindset training programme (training 4 times per week) which you can download and customise if you like.

Five Stars, especially while Covid-19 has prevented Live classes, but also great for practicing things in your own time (pause video, try out the move, repeat a few times, fine tune, go again), motivational and clearly broken down into workable steps and these also fit into other combinations.
